Signaling biology is driven by both the expression and the local environment of proteins on the cell surface.  InduPro is a leader in defining these local protein proximity environments and has used this information to define novel bispecific targeting strategies in oncology and immunology.  Through its Membrane INTeractomics platform (MINT), InduPro has created a map of the tumor antigen proximity landscape.  Mining these data has yielded unique pairings and strategies for tumor targeting.  Our lead program, IDP-001, utilizes a proximity pairing for enhanced and selective ADC activity.  The target pairing leverages shared biology and differential proximity between tumor cells and normal tissue to enhance the therapeutic index of the ADC.  MINT has also been used to create immune signaling strategies.  The composition and proximity landscape of the immune synapse has led to the IDP-002 and IDP-003 programs.  By using bispecific antibodies to recruit proteins to, or sequester proteins from this unique signaling environment, we have created immune signaling agonists and antagonists.  These novel targeting strategies represent a new paradigm for disease intervention by defining and manipulating protein proximity.

InduPro社は、細胞表面におけるタンパク質の近接環境を定義し、新たな治療標的と戦略を生み出すリーダー企業である。本セミナーでは、独自のMembrane INTeractomics（MINT）プラットフォームにより作成した腫瘍抗原近接マップから、腫瘍細胞と正常組織の差異を活用したADC（抗体薬物複合体）の高選択的戦略をご紹介する。また、免疫シナプスにおけるタンパク質近接情報を活用し、免疫シグナルを活性化・抑制する新規二重特異性抗体プログラムも紹介。タンパク質近接性を基盤とした革新的な治療アプローチを提示する。
