Wrapped up our activities at BIO International Convention 2025 in Boston

From June 14 to 20, the JBA team conducted comprehensive engagement activities within the global biotechnology ecosystem.

During this period, we engaged in substantive discussions with biotechnology industry leaders from around the world and strengthened our collaboration with the following key organizations:

- United States : BIO (John Crowley), MassBio, BioCentury, Biocom California

- United Kingdom : BIA, MedCity (London Partners), Richmond Pharmacy

- Germany : BioM, Berlin Partners, GTAI, EBD Group

- Sweden : SwedenBIO

- Belgium: Biovia

- Australia: AusBiotech

- Taiwan: Taiwan Bio

- Netherlands : Hollandbio

- Switzerland : Swiss Biotech Association

- France : France Biotech

Additionally, we held valuable exchanges with representatives from Canada, Costa Rica, India, Korea, and Lithuania.

A significant achievement during this mission was our participation in the ICBA (International Council of Biotechnology Associations) Annual Meeting, which brought together 17 organizations. We had the opportunity to present Japan's Bioeconomy Strategy, focusing on fermentation-based bio-manufacturing and healthcare, as well as our initiatives to strengthen the startup ecosystem.

Furthermore, through participation in diverse networking events including LINK-J Japan Night, Japan Innovation Night (hosted by JETRO/METI), and the Lithuanian biotech breakfast meeting, we contributed to building an international collaboration framework.
